Reno ESP
Roadmap to Efficiency and Sustainability
The ESP Roadmap is derived from Department of Energy best practices as well as national studies of actual completed projects and Reno ESP case studies. It provides a systematic assessment and planning methodology that encompasses every aspect of standard building and efficiency programming, from inception through post-construction, measurement and verification and maintenance. It can serve as a linear course of action as well as a “sectional” process, whereby steps are implemented individually or in groups, as needed. It should be noted that steps 1-8 deal solely with preconstruction where critical ESP services such as management, consulting and cost consulting/estimating are addressed. Steps 9-11 begin with construction, construction management and carry through all post construction needs.
