Reno Efficient Sustainable Practices (ESP) combines a deep and broad experience in construction management with advanced energy efficiency expertise. Armed with Reno ESP’s proprietary Roadmap to Efficiency and Sustainability, clients are guided along an easy to understand and visually demonstrable path to energy efficiency. The roadmap also serves to streamline projects from pre-planning through project completion and beyond. The above energy efficiency management approach is often structured as a three-pronged execution strategy. This may include consulting services, which are also delivered by ESP, particularly with regard to preconstruction and planning phases. This approach can be broken down as follows:
- Understanding efficiency goals both from the standpoint of feasibility and fiscal requirements of the client and assembling the appropriate team of efficiency experts.

- Management, scheduling and team assignment for implementing efficiency plans and goals
- Management and execution of strategies to include milestones, quality assurance and verification, where required. This step can also include the creation of maintenance programs and project close-out.
Reno ESP offers energy support programming and management services to a broad range of clients, including privately owned single buildings, large municipalities and federal entities. These services are targeted toward both existing buildings and new buildings including design-build where energy or water efficiency strategies can be planned at the outset.
