Eric ScheidlingerEric Scheidlinger
ESP Division Manager
Since the creation of Reno Efficient Sustainable Practices (ESP) in 2009, Eric has focused on what it takes to improve an existing facility's energy efficiency and overall sustainability. Together with a strong understanding of the latest methods for helping a building perform to it's highest potential, Eric takes his diverse experiences in onsite construction management and cost estimating to keep all ESP projects on tasks and on budget. His unique view of energy efficiency and ability to assess costs and constructability helps him make the decisions to prioritize upgrades and solutions. "The rules have changed. A project's level of achievement can no longer be based solely on if it was completed on time and on budget. For a project to be a complete success it has to perform to its full potential. I strive to bring this principle to the forefront of every job."

Eric came to work for Reno in 2005 after graduating Cum Laude in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Eric lives with his wife in La Jolla, and when he's not working, can be found out in the surf, on the golf course, or on the slopes at Mammoth.
