Reno Contracting's Efficient Sustainable Practices (ESP) division provides clients with the building services required to enhance operating and cost efficiencies of both new and existing structures, while simultaneously contributing to the well-being of the environment and occupants. Through management , consulting , cost estimating and training services, ESP helps clients evaluate, develop and execute strategies that meet their sustainability goals and budgets – from planning through project completion and maintenance or training programs, if required.
As the management and energy-consulting division of Reno, ESP focuses on fostering energy efficiency and renewable energy systems in buildings. We help clients evaluate their efficiency goals and create strategic plans to reduce operating costs, increase occupant comfort, and conserve energy resources and materials.
With broad experience in construction management and advanced energy efficiency expertise, Reno ESP has developed and employs a proprietary Roadmap to Efficiency and Sustainability that guides clients through the process of planning, implementing and achieving energy efficiency.
