Breaking Ground for California’s Veterans

The new Veterans Affairs Clinic, located in the Seagate Corporate Center in Oceanside, recently broke ground. The clinic will offer veterans primary care, mental health, dental, optometry, orthopedics and compensation and pension evaluation services.
