Matt Reno Acknowledged as Top Leader in Construction

Reno’s founder and CEO, Matt Reno, was recently named a Top Influential for 2009 by the San Diego Daily Transcript for his role in leading Reno Contracting into the top ranks of the building industry. “It’s truly an honor to have the opportunity to be on this list representing Reno Contracting,” said Matt.

During 2008, Reno Contracting has completed notable projects, thus adding to San Diego’s economy. Some of these project include:

• Kilroy Realty Sabre Springs Building III, awarded San Diego’s first LEED Silver Certification;
• Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo, awarded an Excellence in Construction Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC);
• Sudberry Properties’ Terraces at Copley Point, undergoing LEED Silver Certification for core and shell; and
• Cisterra Development’s Gateway Torrey Hills project, also winning ABC’s Excellence in Construction award.
