Reno Contracting Promotes Chris Heim and Erik Kissner To Vice President Positions
Both Executives to Perform Critical Roles in Helping Drive Company's Future
October 12, 2011 (San Diego, California) –– Reno Contracting announced today the promotion of Chris Heim to Vice President of Construction and Erik Kissner to Vice President of Operations. Heim had been serving as Project Director, and Kissner as the firm's Director of Field Operations. Accredited LEED professionals since 2008, they both report directly to Reno President and Chief Operating Officer Walt Fegley. Reno Contracting is one of the leading build-to-suit general contractors in Southern California.

Chris Heim has a career in construction that spans more than 30 years, with a solid background in both project management and estimating. He joined Reno in 1993, providing strategic company planning and input on issues such as staffing, budgeting and scheduling, interfacing closely with construction teams on projects from start to completion.
Erik Kissner joined Reno in 1998, and has worked closely with the preconstruction, project management and field teams and provides strategic planning within the company's executive group. His experience includes involvement with site logistics planning, construction sequencing and scheduling, estimating and project procurement scheduling. An excellent builder, he also facilitates communication between clients and the operations/field teams, performs quality control evaluations and coordinates job safety inspections.
